In your bugs project users of one roles can be verify but
in my Application using membership default feature. I have four roles A , B , C , D. How can i bound dropdownlist for users so that Users of Roles A and B should Display.

You can get the users for roles A and B through code (with Roles.GetUsersInRole) and then manually add them to the DLL using myDdl.Items.Add.
