Hi! I access to the bug program with the superuser (or administrator) user but I couldn't see the maintenance menu. I tried to see the roles via the asp.net configuration tool and I can see that there are 5 users but there are no roles defined. Also, I open the aspnet_Roles files and I can see the 4 roles and also the files: aspnet_membership, aspnet_userinroles, etc.. all seems ok... do you know what could happen?

Hi there,

The roles are probably connected to a different application. The easiest way to fix this is:

1. Delete the roles from the application. You may need to clear aspnet_UsersInRoles first

2. Recreate the roles in the asp.net configuration tool.

3. Assign your users to those roles.

4. Log in.
