Default Version 4.0 planned?

I am nearly finished the excellent Beginning asp.net 3.5 by the same author having bought the book about a month before the 4.0 edition came out - and am keen to get this one but thought Id check if there were plans to update this one (knowing my luck, the same would happen!)

regards

Adam

P.S There are some great examples from glancing at the contents, but none of a forum, have any of the Wrox books covered building a forum? I use vb.net but could probably adapt to c# if necessary.

Hi Adam,

No, there are currently no plans for a 4.0 update of this book.

AFAIK, the book "ASP.NET 3.5 Website Programming: Problem - Design - Solution" shows you how to build a forum: http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTit...470187581.html

Cheers,

Imar
