Default Simple UML Question
I've never used UML (Uniformed Modeling Language?) and had 3 simple questions:

1. Where can I learn about the notation: +, #, underlining...
2. Is a UML tool the way the "pros" do it?
3. Does anyone recommend an authoring tool?
