Can I use TheBeerHouse with SQL Server 2000?

Hi,

I am currently working through the book and would like to test some of the examples etc online using my web host. My web host only supports SQL Server 2000 so i need the change the database to this from 2005. Help me, Please

I think Chapter 3 and chapter 12 tells you how to do this!

Big differences that could occur are about cache dependency.
But this site does not use this.

You should contact your host provider to receive the correct connection string to connect to a asp.net 2 application

This book uses SQL 2005 paging, which is hard to back-port. But the book does explain how you could do it in SQL 2000.

You should change hosting companies. SQL 2005 has been out since Nov 2005. Any decent hosting company should have it by now. I assume you want SQL 2005 on your CV/Resume, right?
