Default migrating from sql server 2000 to sql server 2005

What are the issues those will come up while migrating from sql server 2000 to sql server 2005?

Most obvious is the DTS to SSIS conversion.

It depends on which features you use.

Rather than try and figure this out, run the Upgrade Advisor which does a great job of finding all the issues, and reporting on them.
