In the code download, this file is named SendingNewsletter.aspx (no 's' on the end).

So, if you are calling SendingNewsletters.aspx, you would get a 404.

another wrong of source inner sendingnewsletter.aspx is in javascript it has wrong variable that is a percentage which it write is "persentage"
