Default SetInputControlsHightlight seems not work
when I work with last exercise of Chapter 2, after finished codes in helper.cs, BasePage.cs, default.css, added a page with name of Contact.aspx, added a textbox control to MainContent placeholder and then viewed Contact.aspx page in browser, nothing happened when I typed some text in textbox control. All the codes seem not work. The same thing happens on chapter 2 project that be downloaded from wrox. What is wrong with this? Thanks
