Default I want to change the graphics, add products and title for theBeerhouse

I want to change the header graphics, add products and change title for theBeerhouse website. How and where do I do that. Is there an easier way? please be as detailed as possible. How much database and where do I need to change?

So fat I tried from default.css the header graphics. But, those gets repeated and garbled.
