I don't think the issue is that the forum is inactive.

Rather, it is that you are asking questions that clearly indicate you have never read the book. Looking back on all the questions you have asked, every one of these issues is discussed at length.

If there's something in the book you don't understand, I'm sure someone here would be happy to help you.

I think your assumption is totally wrong. One example, can you tell me where in the book the author talked about changing fonts for the paragraphs?

The author talks about how styles are defined using CSS stylesheets, starting on page 11.
