Default Website Found Waiting for Reply
I created a blank Visual Studio solution as per the instructions in Chapter 1. When I rund the program it compiles without errors but won't connect. The browser hangs on Website Found Waiting for Reply (it has been over 20 minutes now).

Does anyone have any ideas?
