I doff off my hat to Mr. Vince Varallo for this wonderful book and also to all
who take some time off their busy schedules to provide solutions to other
people's problems.

I have been receiving the following error messages and would be most grateful if someone could help me:

1. Element 'ValidationErrorMessages' is not a known element

2. Element 'MenuTabs' is not a known element

3. Element 'MenuTree' is not a known element

Also the author wrote on the first line of page 97: "Drag the MenuTabs Control from the toolbox...."

I scanned the whole of the toolbox but couldn't find any such control.

Somebody should please help me.
