Default Errors in the download code
Did anyone found the database called TheBeerHouseVB.mdf in the download code?
It should be there according the statement in the book (page 273)

Default once again
it is not that i don't know where the download code is. The problem is that in this dowloadcode no database or *.sql file is included. Is it possible that up to now nobody missed this item?

There are three files you can download, one for VB, one for C# and the DB zip file.
