Default Couple Of Code Errata

In the Controllers/UserController.cs code (based on version 51662), the ! should be removed from lines 52 and 147, because if String.IsNullOrEmpty is true (i.e. url is invalid), then you want to stay in the same url. Otherwise you go to the default, which is most likely the home page.

Edit: Oops, what I just said will crash the page but the original code is not giving the right behavior either if the string is not null/emtpy. For example, after the good registration, I should be brought back to the home page. Instead I was staying in the registration page.
