Am having prob restoring db. I have an instance of SQL Server (MSDE) & have created a new db called the Phile. However, when I right click the db in VS.Net I am not offered the "All Tasks" choice. How can I restore the db?? Thanks in advance.

Hi marry,

You can use Enterprise manager (comes with MS SQL Server 2000) for restoring database. If you do not have Enterprise mangaer on your system, you can download a trial version of MS SQL Server 2000 for 120 days and install only the client tools on your machine and they will run even after the trail version expiry time.
