Default Error restoring thePhile DB

I download the sorce code just yesterday, and i am trying
to run the web site thePhile.
First Step first error. What a good begin ...
I am trying to restore the ThePhileDb.
I create an empty DB named thePhile and restoring it from the downloaded file: thephile-database-backup.bak I get an error:

Seems that someone "davidb" has put an local reference or path on the
backup.
Pls help.

I resolved, finding on the site an other
backup file of DB.
