Default could not create new directory in browserfile.aspx

followed all the instructions as per the book for browserfile.aspx page. But, still couldnot create a new directory. what could be the possible error!.

Brian, i troubleshot the problem. i replaced the form id with appropriate name(browsefiles). thanks for ur prompt reply.
