I would like to ask... does this book have instructions on how to do dynamiclt generated grphics using GDI and stuff like that... im good at C# and decent at ASP.NET... and a general opinion is this book good for someone who wants to make websites profesionally?

This book does not cover dynamic generation of images with GDI+. Sorry.
You might want to look for a copy of "Gdi+ Programming: Creating Custom Controls Using C#" ISBN: 1861006314 and see if that suits your needs. It isn't one of the Wrox books we purchased and it looks like it might be hard to find now.

As far as the professional level of ASP.NET Website Programming Problem-Design-Solution, yes, my opinion is that it is good for professional use.
