Default Unable to emit assembly

Hi Guys, can anyone help me out in this problem of mine, that is, after getting all the latest version of our project in (get latest in vb.net), and then i tried building/rebuilding it, i get this build error - "unable to emit assembly: Referenced assembly 'OpenSmtp' does not have a strong name". i didn't get it, this project that i'm getting and building use to be fine a week ago, and then now, when i'm trying to build it, i get this error, i don't understand where it generated...

looking forward to hearing from any one of you guys who's familiar with this problem.

Thanks,
Garwood

Are you trying to put something in the GAC, or something like that? This isn't just a regular ASP.NET app, right?

Do you understand what a strong named key is? This is specified in AssemblyInfo.vb for version 1.1. If you reference an assembly with a strong named key, you have to use the same dll at runtime. If you have one in the GAC, that will get used over the one you referenced, and that one might have a different key. Or, maybe the one you referenced does not have a strong key, but should have.
