I solved a similar problem with Accounts.Business by adding the System.Web reference to that assembly. It was a frustrating error that happened about one time out of four when I ran the code in Debug mode. I know that you can usually solve this type of error by manually inserting the .DLL in the GAC but I don't believe this works when the assembly is part of your active solution.

I may have inadvertently deleted the System.Web reference after I first installed the sample. Ads.Business appears to have the reference but perhaps you made the same mistake as me.

There are a number of related problems detailed on news groups claiming bugs in Visual Studio relating to assembly compiling in debug-mode... but so far this has fixed my problem.
