Default FileManager Application

Hi Guys,
I am trying to build FileManager Application. I have built tha same folder structure and and have put files in respective folders, but at the time of building the app I get following error message:

"Could not find file "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ThePhile\Footer.ascx"

Although I have file in location
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ThePhile\Modules\Contros\User

and my register directive looks:

<%@ Register TagPrefix="FileManager" TagName="Footer" Src="Footer.ascx" %>
<%@ Register TagPrefix="FileManager" TagName="Header" Src="Header.ascx" %>

even by giving excate path like \ThePhile\Modules\Contros\User\Footer.ascx
I get the same error!

Any help is welcome!

Thank you.

you want the relative path to look like this:
src="/ThePhile/Modules/Controls/User/Footer.ascx", although this is not the directory structure given by the example in the book. For the file manager app, it it locate in directory /ThePhile/Modules/FileManager with the application header and footer in that directory as well.

Do mean I have to copy the folder Module in FileManager directory?
I have:
ThePhile\Modules\Contros\User---> where Footer and Header controls are and
ThePhile\Modules\FileManager\Web---> is the place where FileManager
application lies.

I get following error:

Parser Error Message: Could not find a part of the path "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ThePhile\Modules\Controls\User \Footer.ascx".

Source Error:

Line 1: <%@ Page language="c#" Codebehind="BrowseFiles.aspx.cs" AutoEventWireup="false" Inherits="CM.WebModules.Filemanager.Web.BrowseFile s" %>
Line 2: <%@ Register TagPrefix="FileManager" TagName="Footer" src="/ThePhile/Modules/Controls/User/Footer.ascx" %>
Line 3: <%@ Register TagPrefix="FileManager" TagName="Header" src="/ThePhile/Modules/Controls/User/Header.ascx" %>
Line 4: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" >

Source File: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ThePhile\BrowseFiles.aspx Line: 2

can you please let me know how to proceed?

Thank you so much

if you are going by the example in the book, it still sounds like your file and folder structure is not correct.
It sounds like you are confusing the SiteFooter and SiteHeader controls which are located in /ThePhile/Controls and the file manager Header and Footer which are in /ThePhile/Modules/FileManager

my tag prefixes for the filemanager browsefiles.aspx web form look like:
<@ Register TagPrefix="FileManager" TagName="Footer" Src="Footer.ascx" %>
<%@ Register TagPrefix="FileManager" TagName="Header" Src="Header.ascx" %>

because the browsefiles.aspx, header.ascx and footer.ascx are all in the same folder
