Error in zip file

While extracting the file 7043_procsharpchapters1to12.zip, I got the error "Error creating destination file ..\Localization\BookOfTheDay\obj\Debug\fr\BookOfTh eDay.resources.dll". Check that file is not in use.

Any reason why?
