Question Location Tracker App Question

Hi,
I working on the location tracker project in the book and have successfully exported to an apk and installed it on my kids phone. All works well except they have now put an after market sms app called Gosms on their phones. Well it seems this app will intercept the the sms before the location tracker app can. So they end up getting the text "Where are you?".

I have tried setting the android priority to 1000 wich is the limit I do believe, but Gosms still gets the message first. Is there a work around for this that will let them keep Gosms but allow my app to work as intended? Without Gosms the Location tracker app works great!

Thanks!

Default Your Q solved my problem...

Sorry but this won't hep you much but I've been struggling for about a week or so to get the Location Tracker app to work. Every time I ran it (by texting myself a message) it would trigger off an app called SMS that is one of the earlier tutorials in the book and the texting back wouldn't work.

Once I uninstalled the SMS app, all worked fine so I'm guessing that your Gosms app is interfering with the LocationTracker app.

Hope that helps...
