Chapter 8 - URL for image

Hi Readers:
On page 287, the URL for the image:
http://www.streetcar.org/mim/cable/images/cable-01.jpg is no longer valid. You would need to replace this URL with another valid one. Here is one that works:
http://www.mayoff.com/5-01cablecarDCP01934.jpg

The same applies to the URL on page 297.
