Default Invalid class string CH 6

When using the mytelephone object(RetrieveProperties.asp example) I'm getting the following error:

Error Type:
Server object, ASP 0177 (0x800401F3)
Invalid class string
/begasp/RetrieveProperties.asp, line 4

I re-registered the MyTelephone.dll I made sure that IWAM account was given read access to the programs files\system\ado directory and did a few iisresets but I still get this error. It first said it could not create the object but now it keeps giving me the invalid class string

I am using the example downloaded from the site
