Hi Imar, I downloaded the file unto another machine and unzipped using WinZip rather than Powerarchiver which I had previously used. In this case the sequencing was 100% correct. So it may be due to the method in which the file was unzipped. Anyway, thanks for your (and happygv!) comments and assistance on this issue.
