I am experiencing a problem with the code placed on Chapter 2, page 72 binding the database. I have posted the code within my code editor (Notepad) yet I cannot decipher why I get Server Error in '/6152' Application message. In addition when I downloaded the code for this book, I was expecting to receive some *.txt files instead I received a number of *.aspx file which also yield server error messages in my browser. Please advise.

FYI, I moved your question to this forum for the Beginning ASP.NET 1.0 with C# book. The two books aren't identical, I think your book is the older pre-release/beta version. The data binding material you are talking about starts on p 79 in the new version for example. But I think the 2 books are close enough that if someone reading the forums has worked with this, they'll be able to help you and you're more likely to get help here than in the general "other books" forum.
