Default SQL Server error with VWD Expres & IIS

I want to use VWD Express with IIS on my local XP Box. I had been using IIS previously with Visual Studio 2003 with no problems. However, when going through Appendix B, I get an error 'To use SQL Server authentication, you must specify a valid SQL Server login' at page 63 step 3.
SQL 2005 Express Is installed. Is this some security issue? Do I need to configure SQL 2005 Express somehow?

Hi Brad,
No you don't have to do anything to configure it. I'm guessing you selected the security tab, or that was the default tab (I've just had the same thing happen as I tried to recreate the error). You don't need to use SQL authentication, so click the tab marked security and just select Windows Integrated Authentication and click OK. This should get around it and allow you to continue with the rest of the steps.
