The instructions on "Creating Content Pages" on pages 31 through to 323 are gorched... when I followed them I ended with two master pages....

I must say I am singularly disappointed in this book... in the past Wrox books have been decent, but this one looks like it was thrown together without anyone actually giving it a run-through.

The instructions between page 29 and the top of 33 actually do try to describe how to create a single master page and content page but there are two errors.

1. Figure 2-3 shows the wrong dialog box. This dialog shows the 'Add New Item' dialog rather than the select master page dialog that you would see after following the first paragraph of the section called 'Creating Content Pages' on page 31.
2. Back on page 29, you should change the name of the master pageyou are creating in VWD from masterpage.master to site.master. This will mean the dialog that should be in Figure 2-3 will display site.master by default.
