Default Chapter 8: User Controls - Shows all banners
I got up to page 283 and thought I asked you this question because it doesn't seem normal to me. Is it normal for the display view on the 'about us' page to show 4 banners? When I load it in the browser, it properly shows two.

Yes, it's normal. The visibility of them is determined at run-time, but the designer doesn't know that and shows all of them.
