In chapter 15.2, when I tried to create the new user via Login control, below error encountered:

An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. In SQL 2005, the remote connection should be opened already.

Probably the same error as discussed here: Chapter11 The SQL database file cannot be created in App_Data folder

Your instance name of SQL Server is different from what ASP.NET asusmes by default.
