Mata tag for Google search

Hi! With other non-ASP.NET webpages which I designed, I created the <meta> tag to show up in Google search. Here is what I do within my Masterpage, but it doesn't show up after a few weeks even in a Google search, what must I done to acomplish that?

What I have done:
In the MasterPage in the <head> section:

<head runat="server">
<title></title>

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" />
<meta content="ForrO, Leon Storm, Jowilna Storm, We are a dynamic training, development & consulting company focusing on alternative methods to determine the needs and wants of clients and in so doing support the companyâs progression and growth." />

<asp:ContentPlaceHolder id="head" runat="server">
</asp:ContentPlaceHolder>

<link href="../App_Themes/Standard/StyleSheet.css" rel="stylesheet"
type="text/css" />
</head>

Hi there,

Meta tags for the description follow the pattern:

<meta name="description" content="Your Content Here" />

Additionally, make sure they're not too long.

Finally, a master page may be a bad location as each page gets the same description. Preferably, each page should have a unique description.
