1. I could not log in to the SQL Server LocalDB\v11.0. because the text box is greyed out. The error message:
An exception occurred while executing a Transout SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo).

...(The system cannot find the file specified.)

...(Microsoft SQL Server error 5133).

How do I fix?

Additional information:

It should be Chapter 12 and not Chapter 7.

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Professional, and was starting SQL Server Management Studio 2012.

Is this the same issue? It's a little confusing to have three threads with topics that all seem to be for the same issue. Shall we continue on one thread?
