Given the error messages on your second attempt, I'd say the tables must be there.

Can you post a screenshot of SQL Server Management Studio with the relevant items expanded (server node, the tables node etc).

Also, make sure that the database you're targeting when running the scripts is the same as you look at on the left.

Now I'm feeling stupid with regard to this forum system: I can't see how to attach an image. On the help pages I found this:

click the 'Post Reply' button in the relevant thread.

On this page, below the message box, you will find a button labelled 'Manage Attachments'.

But I don't see any such button. I only see formatting options above the message box.

I don't think you can upload attachments here. But there are lots of services online where you can upload images.
