In the second line the text has, "... and set src of the image to `/Images/Banner468x60.gif." At the end of point 5 is the code, including "ImageUrl="~/Images/Banner468x60.gif".

I think the original reference to src should be ImageUrl.

I started the errata official form, but the way it is setup it will take way too much time.

Yep, you're correct.

Not sure what you mean. The errata form is not something I control and as far as I know it's the only way to get errata to Wrox. If you want other readers to benefit from anything you find, please use that errata form instead of just posting here. If you use the form, it's sent to me for confirmation and then added to the errata list.
