On Chapter 6, page 222.

When you change the xml in the web.config file to read:

<pages theme="Monochrome" styleSheetTheme="Monochrome"></pages>

I saved the file, closed frontend.master, reopened it, switched to design view and it was still not updating properly. I closed it a few times, and eventually just shut VWD down and started it back up and it was reflecting the changes properly.

No biggie, really. Great book Imar, please keep up the good work my friend.

Yeah, that seems like a bug to me. You can also try building the site (Ctrl+Shift+B). Works for me when the updates aren't applied correctly.
