in Beginning....3.5 you introduced Linq 2 Sql and in Beginnning...4.0 Linq 2 EF.
But I wanna ask that what is the difference between 2 from coding or syntax point of view. As all examples in L2S are same in context of L2EF from syntax and coding point of view except for Diagram (.dbml).

That's the cool think about LINQ: once you understand the language, you can use it to query different data sources / data frameworks.

EF is L2S's "bigger brother". It offers a similar approach as L2S does for simple data access, but goes way beyond that. EF is Microsoft's data access technology for the future (at least for now).
