Default Email not being sent on hosted website

Hey Imar,

Locally my project runs fine, the e-mails from chapter 9 are being sent just fine, I used your lessons in AJAX to have a "Please Wait..." message, all of that is working fine locally.

I now uploaded my website to test it live, but this E-mail feature doesn't seem to be working.

Here is what I have:
http://www.jdlferreira.somee.com/index.aspx

You can access the contact form by pressing "Contact Us", on the left. The "Please Wait" message shows up for less than a second and poof, no e-mail sent.

Maybe I'm missing something here (from locally to hosting the web project), but I'm kinda fresh out of ideas, I was thinking it might be something I missed doing on the web.config file before uploading?

Hi there,

Did you make any changes to the e-mail configuration? If not, you probably have to do this, with informatiin from your hosts such as the name of the mail server and credentials.

Cheers,

Imar

Just giving it a username and password worked... sometimes it's so simple I just have to blush.

Thanks Imar, since it was working fine without any credentials locally I thought it would be the same online.
