Might I also mention that on page 103, where the table lists logical operators for both VB and C#, the column headers are reversed. The column headed "C#" actually lists VB logical operators, and vice versa. Something for the errata.
The author is unfortunately unavailable for a couple of weeks (he planned some time off after the end of the book) but as soon as he's back he'll jump in and answer. Sorry for the delay.
