Default Site.Master

My issue relates to Figure 5-19 (p.153). The Select a Master Page/Contents of Folder form is empty. That is, Site.Master and Site.Mobile.Master aren't shown (they are in the book).

Is there a fix or workaround for this?

Thanks,
Jim

P.S. Sorry, I found the answer in a February post. Thanks again.
