Default Best book to follow on from this?

Hi Mike, just finished reading this book, it's fantastic. I'm now wondering what o move on to next? Some mention that beginning .net 4 with c# and VB would be best, but it don't want to confuse myself with VB, so looking for a C# only version really?

Thanks, Gavin
