Default Using C#7 book question

Checking the new C#7 book with the C#6 book the images look much the same. My problem comes in where building class members with figures like 10-11 etc are no where near what I am seeing. I am using VS2017 Community version. Another example is the "Call Hierachy Window". I don't get one. If i right click on the Suffle() and select calll hierachy I get a line of info in the bottom info box.
Why are these so different
