I have persevered for many hours with the files and now am almost there. However, I cannot get the final image shown on Page 679 to appear - I've even downloaded the files from this web site. The main problem appears to be that I cant get the main page to appear - all I get is another small window displaying the same list of five items as all the others. It behaves slightly differently when links in other pages are clicked then only this small window reacts, but it will not load the main page.

The downloaded files have the same issue.
I'm tearing my hair out and am close to ditching the project - help!
