Drupal Themer Information in Devel gone in 7

Hello,

I'm reading chapter 13 about using Drupal Themer with Devel, but there's one problem - it no longer exists! I've read a few threads where the Devel developers decided it was no longer necessary. Is there a way to get it back or a suggested alternative to follow along in the chapter?
