Default Help with starting page at a certain section

Hello everyone!
I have recently added an iframe to my page which shows the home base of my project. For some reason, whenver I open up my website, it instantly goes to this section of the page, even though it's in the middle.
Is there a way where I can change this?
Or perhaps is there a way to make a page load on a different section (I would make it load on the top)?

Thanks in advance!
