Default GUI Components

I can not find a reference to WindowUtilities.setNativeLookAndFeel()
I created a class that extends JFrame
 and implements HyperlinkListener, and ActionListener

I am importing:
import javax.swing.*;
import javax.swing.event.*;
import java.awt.*;
import java.awt.event.*;
import java.net.*;
import java.io.*;

Where does the WindowsUtilities.<method> come from. I am trying to find it in the v1.4.2 API.

Regards,
Slater

Regards to you Slater, and: "live long and prosper"
'cos you're lost in the Java galaxy, Slater,
and you landed on the Horton planet where lowly creatures like me,
who are at the Beginning of their Java2 evolution
are struggling to survive the exercises at the end of each chapter.
You can call our people "Curve enthousiasts"
as our tribal Guru Ivor Horton does,
but we do not speak your highly advanced cosmic Java dialect.
I must refer you to the akasha chronicles:
our common alphabetical Index oracle on top of the Java API totem.

Bon Voyage Slater!
