Why is there no professional Java list? Should I mail advanced questions to this forum?

Martyn: This list is specific to issues related to the book "Beginning Java 2 Programming" (any of the editions) by Ivor Horton. Java issues not related to this book can be asked in one of the several Java forums in the Java category.
