I just downloaded the jQueryBook.zip and it appears at least the following two examples are missing:
Example 7-3 on Page 233
Example 7-5 on Page 244.

I previously downloaded 227794 Source Code.zip.

Both of them are missing the above code, although the flag pngs are there.

There are Figures 7-3 and 7-5, so the code is in Figures folder.
