Default The E-book Version
I've downloaded and have been using the E-book version of Beginning SQL.

WIth previously released books I've been able to copy code from the text into the application that processes the text.

I'm working with Chapter4DB and would like to copy code from the E-book into SQL rather than hand typing it. Adobe Digital Reader says that copying is no longer allowed.

Did I set up Adobe improperly? Is it an error in the download? Any help would be appreciated.
