I am a bit lost at this moment. I purchased the book, "Discovering SQL" and am trying to find the free software that they allude to in Appendix B. Well, Appendix B does not exist. They say it is on the website and that is not to be found easily. Any ideas where to start?

BTW: I am a total newbie to this. I am just trying to teach myself this in an effort to help my job prospects. I have a Masters in Economics and can't get a job because I have no experience in SQL or SAS. So here I am.
